America & Canada publish new luminaries energy standard

Recently, Canada government announced that the deadline for all general bulbs must meet up with new energy efficiency standard delayed 2 years. In detail, 75W & 100W bulbs must meet the regulation requirement until Jan 1st 2014, 40W & 60W bulbs must meet the regulation requirement until Dec 31st 2014.

Except bulb power efficiency standard, international standard for component energy saving standard related to luminaries published as well. In November, DOE (department of energy) published the latest revised lowest energy saving standard for fluorescent lamp ballast, which will be implemented since Nov 14th, 2014, many kinds of ballast covered.

Even through the implementation of new energy efficiency standard delayed by Canada, the global trend of energy saving & emission reducing are obvious.
